Based on a hosted PBX solution, we have an additional module which provides call charge infornation from the telephone system to the hotel owner.  You, the hotel owner, tell us what rate you wish to charge for the calls and we generate bills in real time via a web interface for their customers at this rate.  It provides a great profit opportunity at a low cost for the hotel.

We've ordered a leased line!  This will enable us to offer much more flexible pricing structure for usage, especially daytime usage.  We are awaiting details about installation etc, and we will need to run tests to ensure stability before we migrate customer traffic onto the new circuit.  More details soon.

We are now able to support emergency calls from our UK-based customers.  However, as always, we do recommend using a mobile or landline for emergency calls, as these will supply location information to the emergency services.  VoIP, by definition, is not a location-specific service.
